Personal Statement
As you go through a legal process such as a divorce, business conflict or estate conflict, you are looking for the best possible outcome. The success of this transition may be dependent on the collaborative process that you choose and the professionals that assist you in this process. Because I will be a vital part of this transition for you, I want you to understand how my 30+ years of experience have shaped my approach.
My work with others has taught me that growth is possible at any age and that a supportive team of experts is the best context to facilitate this growth. The key to resolving conflict is appreciating that relationships are complicated but often ongoing beyond the conflict, thus, requiring respect and cooperative planning for the rest of your life. As your collaborative advocate, I will help you to practice and experience new ways of thinking and being in relationship that will enable you to communicate more effectively, problem solve, and manage emotions constructively.
