Judith A. Mustille has been practicing family law since 1987 and is experienced in handling custody, support, and property division matters, and in drafting marital settlement, pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and living together agreements. She was a certified family law specialist in Los Angeles, California and a practicing mediator before moving to the East Coast in 1993. She is active in the Maryland, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and California Bars. Ms. Mustille is formally trained in both civil and divorce mediation, facilitation, and collaborative law. Her first collaborative law case in Maryland was successfully completed in 2002. She is a mediator for the District Court of Maryland and a facilitator for the Montgomery County Circuit Court in family division cases, and she was previously a custody mediator for the Philadelphia Family Court in Pennsylvania. She recently completed basic negotiation training at the Harvard Law School and served as a panelist on collaborative law at an annual law conference in Baltimore. She received a B.A. from Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences, a M.A. from Syracuse University’s School of Communications, and her J.D. from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. In addition to her own practice of law, she is Of Counsel to the Rockville law firm of Albright and Rhodes, LLC.
