Wayne Schifrien is the Settlement Director for Express Title Company,
a multi-jurisdictional Real Estate Settlement firm, conducting residential and
commercial real estate closings in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Wayne began his career as a settlement officer in 1999, and he now has over
8 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry.
Wayne has a thorough knowledge of the entire settlement process. Before his
career in the title industry, Wayne worked with small to medium sized companies
developing their sales, marketing and business development programs. Wayne is
a Licensed Settlement Officer in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
He is also a Maryland and Virginia Notary Public. Wayne is currently serving
on the Educational Committee of CDRP, and has received training in collaborative
divorce law. Wayne graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration. He is a resident of Montgomery County,
Maryland, and resides there with his two sons and wife.
